REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Due to the nature of our business, all purchases are final and non refundable. We do no accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once order has been placed. Once your order ships, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for support. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us with 24-48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. This is the only exception to our policy. Any chargebacks or disputes filed after an order has been confirmed as delivered will be treated as fraud. We provide tracking, delivery confirmation, and proof of service to the bank in all cases.
